Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to any order placed through the MineralCache marketplace. Please review it before purchasing. Vendors are responsible for shipping their own items and for meeting the requirements below.

Shipping guidelines

• Dispatch time: Orders must be shipped within seven (7) business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated by the vendor or MineralCache.
• Tracking: Vendors (and/or MineralCache, where applicable) must provide accurate tracking information.
• Packaging: Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Insurance: Vendors are responsible for shipping orders using the service selected at checkout and for ensuring appropriate packaging and insurance coverage for the full declared value of the item, where applicable.
• Listing clarity: Shipping costs, carrier options, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout based on the buyer’s selected address and shipping method.
• Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable shipping laws and regulations.

Wrong address

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If you submitted an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@mineralcache.com. Address changes may not be possible after an order is processed or shipped.

Lost, stolen, or marked delivered

Title and risk of loss transfer upon confirmed carrier delivery to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by law. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, or if your shipment is marked lost by the carrier, promptly contact the carrier and notify us. We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries or claims; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed unless covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery options & estimates

Typical options offered include the following USPS Priority Flat Rate services:

• The pricing examples below reflect publicly available USPS Priority Flat Rate rates at the time of this policy’s most recent update. These amounts are provided for illustrative purposes only and may change at any time based on carrier rate adjustments. Actual shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• All delivery times are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. MineralCache and vendors are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events outside reasonable control.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently offered. Orders are limited to domestic U.S. destinations.

Other shipping restrictions

• Not all services are available for all items or destinations.
• Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
• Orders containing items from multiple vendors may ship separately.
